HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY SHIPMENT?
We will make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. We will contact you within 2-3 days if items are not in stock or if for any reason it is not reasonable for you to expect your order within 10 business days.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES MOTTO ACCEPT?
MOTTO accepts payment with the following credit cards: Visa MasterCard American Express
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY AT MOTTO?
MOTTO accepts returns within 14 days of receipt in original packaging for store credit only. Your return must be accompanied by your receipt. Shipping costs will not be included in store credit. Your return needs to be insured for the full price of the items enclosed, packed well, and shipped to MOTTO. MOTTO 26 Church Street Cambridge, MA 02138 617.491.2789. Sale items and special orders are not returnable.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY MERCHANDISE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and save the packaging. MOTTO needs photos of packaging to be emailed to mdf.motto@gmail.com if anything has been damaged, so please inspect your shipment upon arrival

DO YOU CARRY OTHER ITEMS THAT ARE NOT VISIBLE ON YOUR WEB SITE?
Our web site is a very small representation of what is available at MOTTO. Many items are unique or artisan made, and new items arrive daily. We are happy to forward snapshots of current offerings.
